About the Selection Process, Your Friends and Playing for Seaside:

Remember, you have all made a Seaside team. You have many friends who are still fighting to make a club at other tryouts, while you don’t have to go through that stressful process. Be happy, regardless of which team you ended up on. ALL of our Seaside teams will be competitive and fun to play on!
We have taken into consideration all we know about you, not just the internal selection sessions. We’ve seen many of you during your school season, fall programs, summer camps and last year’s club training. And, it is a collaborative process.
It wasn’t easy for us to select the teams, it NEVER is. We make mistakes, that’s part of the process and part of life. You can’t let your life be defined by what team you make with Seaside. We are ALL part of the same Seaside team and family!
If you have classmates or friends who didn’t get selected to the team they wanted to make, support them like friend should and continue to include them in your life. Treat them like you would want to be treated if the roles were reversed.
